A woman of many talents, Annie doesn’t just limit herself to the world of words. She occasionally dips her toes in the pool of sketching, having contributed her artistic skills to a children’s tale, a thoughtful gift for her beloved nephew’s babies.
Journey into Education
Post-retirement from a fulfilling career in the healthcare industry, Annie took up the role of a substitute teacher, part-time yet impactful. She found her purpose in this endeavor, seeing the pressing need to back the efforts of students and educators in her community.
Diving into Writing
The period of her teaching also served as a catalyst for her writing aspirations. Her first steps in the literary world saw her getting two short stories and a poem published in 2021 and 2022, instilling in her a newfound confidence.
